Compliance & Privacy Training Troubleshooting Tips 

• Restart your computer before you login to the SF Learn Platform
• Clear your internet browser history (cache) a few times
• Allow the videos in each of the learning modules to play in its entirety
• Log-in and access the trainings using the pathways instructed on the "DPH Compliance and Privacy Trouble Shooting Guide"

UCSF Faculty, Staff, and Trainees at ZSFG

•  MyApps/SF learning MFA Change: Beginning August 1st, 2026, SMS-based MFA will no longer be supported for MyApps and SF Learning. Users must enroll in DUO MFA. Setup instructions are available on the UCSF Wiki; contact UCSF IT for assistance.

Continuing in 2026

UCSF Faculty, Staff, and Trainees at ZSFG

• Compliance & Privacy Course Completion: Important for continued access to DPH EPIC 
• Compliance and Privacy Module assigned in August, about 2 months after Annual Learning Modules (6/21/25). 
• Learners leaving at the end of the academic year: Assignments will be dropped if offboarded from Hydra. No effect on reporting
• Course Assignment Updates: Handled using Live Hydra Website by Department Managers/ Champions or Trainee Administrators

2026 Completion Reports: created starting mid-August

DPH Training Classification:

• All should display a training classification in Hydra to be assigned proper 2026 Annual Learning Modules. If not, correct in Live Hydra Web
