UCSF Students are automatically added into Hydra from the Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) feed. But if the medical student did not automatically make it into Hydra, then the department's trainee administrator (TA) will need to submit an onboarding request via Hydra Web or by emailing the Hydra Manual Add template. In order to manually onboard, you will need edit permissions to your department in Hydra.
If you wish to submit to submit the offboarding request via email, download and fill out the Hydra Manual Add template. If prompted, click on enable editing (see screen shot below), then follow the instructions on the template to export the completed template as a CSV file. Email the completed file to [email protected].
To confirm if the trainee has been added to Hydra, access Hydra Web or review the Hydra Manager Match File for the trainee's DPH AD account, POI number and ZSFG ID Badge information.
For DPH Epic Access
Once the trainee is added to Hydra with the DPH AD account and POI number created, submit the DPH Epic Onboarding request.
